Welcome to your Check On Me account. You can review your details and update your profile below.
Automated check-ins are not active yet. Creating an account does not send check-ins or alert anyone.
Check On Me is free. You will be able to choose your check-in schedule and nominate 1–3 trusted contacts. Each contact must accept their role before receiving alerts. You can save your preferences and invite contacts below. Automated check-ins remain off during testing.
You remain in control of participating. Check On Me is not an emergency service and is not continuously monitored. If there is immediate danger, call 000.
