Your check-ins will be voluntary. You can pause, change or stop them at any time once the live service is available.

Who would you like us to contact?

You may nominate up to three trusted people, or none for now. Each person must accept their invitation before receiving alerts.

Without an accepted trusted contact, nobody will be notified if you miss a check-in. You can still receive your own reminders and access support information.
